If you don’t alert Luy Rohas and your loan defaults, you will be required to pay a default fee at the very minimum. You may also be required to pay a fee for each day that the repayment is late, as well as a late repayment fee once you finally repay the amount owed.

If you do not pay a default fee you will be identified as a bad credit risk and your personal information will be shared with all banks and financial providers in Cambodia which will lead you to declined future loan applications with others banks.
